These terms apply to consumer orders on heksis.co.uk. The seller is Fabryka Puzzli Daniel Kołodziejczyk, at the Polish address given in Seller information. The contract language is English and the currency is GBP. Trade orders have separately agreed terms.
The product page states the design, number of pieces, size, contents and availability. Coming-soon designs cannot be ordered. Photographic styling accessories are not included. Prices include applicable UK VAT; delivery is shown separately before payment.
Check your basket, contact details and delivery address before selecting “Place order and pay”. You can correct the entries before submission. Your order carries an obligation to pay. An automatic acknowledgement confirms receipt; acceptance is confirmed when we send the order acceptance or dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.
We supply the order details and these terms by email. Delivery estimates start as described on the delivery page. Risk passes when you or your nominated recipient receives the goods. Your rights for late or failed delivery remain unaffected.
You can cancel a standard online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us at [email protected] or use the online cancellation form. Return the goods within a further 14 days after notifying us. Our return address is ul. Pod Lasem 2, 34-100 Jaroszowice, Poland.
You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return to Poland. We refund the price and the cost of our standard outbound delivery, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise, within 14 days of receiving the return or evidence of its dispatch. We may withhold the refund until then. Any deduction for diminished value must reflect handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Personalised goods made to your specifications may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation, where this is clearly disclosed before purchase. This does not remove rights for faulty goods.
These terms do not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country. Please contact [email protected] first about a problem. You retain access to the competent courts and applicable consumer dispute-resolution procedures. We do not claim membership of an ADR scheme unless expressly confirmed.
