The controller is Fabryka Puzzli Daniel Kołodziejczyk, at the address in Seller information. Contact [email protected] about personal data. We process order and contact data to perform contracts or take steps you request before a contract, meet tax and accounting duties, and pursue legitimate interests such as handling claims and securing the service. Optional analytics rely on consent.
Relevant data may be shared with hosting and technical providers, payment providers, carriers and professional advisers where necessary. Orders are managed in one system in Poland, with their originating domain recorded. We do not publish your address or contact messages.
Order and accounting records are retained for the applicable statutory period; enquiry records only for as long as needed to handle the request and relevant claims. Analytics aggregates and minimal consent records are retained for up to 365 days. Your browser consent choice lasts up to 180 days.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to the ICO or the competent data protection authority.
We do not use this storefront to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Necessary service data are required to fulfil your order; optional analytics are not a condition of purchase.
