Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their usual purpose and as described. For faulty goods, UK consumer law includes a short-term right to reject within 30 days, followed by applicable repair, replacement or further remedies. This is separate from the 14-day cancellation right for an online purchase.

For a change-of-mind cancellation, notify us within 14 days of receiving the order, then return it within the next 14 days. You bear the direct return cost to Poland. See the terms for refund timing and the standard-delivery refund. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; excessive handling can reduce the refund.
